Please read these terms carefully before using Anvil POS. By using the software, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Welcome to Anvil POS, a product developed and maintained by Chainspair Private Limited. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our point-of-sale software, website, and related services.
Anvil POS is provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription. If an automatic payment fails, your organization will enter a grace period before access is restricted to read-only mode.
Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms and timely payment of subscription fees, Chainspair Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Anvil POS software across your retail locations.
Anvil POS is designed with an offline-first architecture. While we provide Zero Data Loss Guarantees via ACID-compliant local caching and server synchronization, you are responsible for ensuring your hardware devices periodically connect to the internet to allow synchronization with our cloud servers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chainspair Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the software.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
